We proudly grow each and every one of our olives in our family grove, located in Puglia.
Our trees that have lived on for
thousands of years are at the core of who we are. The rich and
nourishing soil of Puglia, and particularly, our grove, provided us
with the greatest olive trees, and in turn, we look forward to
providing the most exquisite oil for people around the world.

simply made with natural elements and love.

Founder
Born in Rome, I lived and travelled extensively across the world, studying, discovering cultures and cultivating the sublime richness of diversity. But my mother is staunchly from Puglia, and every time we went back, I felt a special bond with the place.
We haven't produced oil for generations, no.
It is not a family tradition.
I instantly understood that in that soft land I would have cultivated something magical.
When in 2017 I set foot again in the family olive grove abandoned for over ten years,
I
knew there and then that my purpose was to care for this land and to nurture these trees,
bringing new air and breathing new life into a bleak and forsaken pleace
I was determined to create something good for me and for others, and particularly,
something earnest for mother nature.
I remember distinctively the fireflies flying over the crazy sky of shinning stars the night I
stepped into the grove for the first time.
There was something enchanting about that night
The light, the fresh soft air, the scents from the earth and the ocean.
It was this extra
sensorial experience from that night which gave me the needed strength to pursue the
vision I had in mind.
I chose to follow my heart despite the many obstacles and reasons
no to that I encountered along the way, and now this oil is here. Organic, authentic,
